5. Scope and Limitations

There are several limitations in the study. The study focused on the learners at UiTM Puncak Alam. A questionnaire will be use to gather information relating to the objectives of the study. For instance, Bensimon (1995) said that quality is defined by customer satisfaction. Therefore, in a classroom environment, we can equate students with customers. However, according to Guolla (1999), students can also be seen as clients, producers and even products.
Although the study has got it purposes, there were some unavoidable limitations. First, the study will focus on small size of population in the University; for instance, one group study will need to choose students from Faculty of Business Management at FSK 2, 3, 4 and FSK 6. In order to get result for larger groups, the study needs to have more participants at different faculty as well.
Next, the major drawback of this study was the inability to generalize findings to the student’s motivation in learning at UiTM Puncak Alam because data of the current study were only assessing e-PJJ students.
In addition, the study will be slow process as the group members are working adults and at the same time still study in e-PJJ mode.
Finally, the improvement on location and facility is essential. In this study, will focus on finding the solutions on how to increase the learning experience and at the same time allow the e-PJJ student to feel motivated in learning at UiTM Puncak Alam.
